At Nixon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unworn, then include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
